    Shows results from cold outreach, consistent follow-up and opening new accounts or generating referrals.

Important

  • Independent territory management
    Has managed their own schedule, pipeline or territory with little supervision.
  • Strong communication skills
    Communicates confidently with professionals such as physicians and practice staff, in person and in follow-up.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven
    Has hit or beaten quotas or targets, ideally in commission-based or competitive settings.
  • Customer service follow-through
    Shows reliable handling of account needs and post-sale service.
  • Work ethic and coachability
    Shows eagerness to learn products and sales processes through training, with evidence of quickly ramping up in past roles.

Preferred

  • Sales or client-facing background
    Has experience in sales, business development, recruiting, insurance, automotive, financial services, hospitality, customer service or entrepreneurship.
  • Healthcare or medical-device experience
    Has prior exposure to medical sales, devices or healthcare settings, which is a plus but not required.
  • Product education ability
    Can explain product benefits and appropriate uses clearly to customers and referral partners.
