Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Trazerr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Using Trazerr

You must be at least 16 years old to use Trazerr. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information — Trazerr's analysis is only as good as what it's given.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit, such as resumes and job descriptions. You give Trazerr permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit content you have the right to share.

3. AI-generated analysis

Career DNA, Job DNA, match scores, resume suggestions and interview guidance are generated with AI. They are designed to be evidence-based and to show what is verified, inferred or unknown — but they can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as guidance, review them before relying on them, and don't add claims to a resume that aren't true.

4. Employers

Employer accounts are reviewed before hiring tools are enabled, and we may decline or revoke access. Employers agree to:

  • post only real, accurate opportunities they are authorized to hire for;
  • use candidate information only to evaluate candidates for that job;
  • comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination and privacy laws;
  • make their own hiring decisions — Trazerr scores are one input, not a decision;
  • invite only people they have a legitimate reason to contact.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Trazerr. That includes submitting someone else's information without permission, posting fake or misleading jobs, attempting to access other accounts or data, scraping or overloading the service, or using it for anything unlawful or discriminatory.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

7. Changes to the service

Trazerr is evolving. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

8. Disclaimers

Trazerr is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee any particular result — including that you'll be hired or find a candidate — or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trazerr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on its analysis.
